This project has the privilege of being
located at the northern-most tip of the
revitalized Wilmington riverfront. It will
consist of three floors of wood-framed
condominiums constructed on top of a
concrete parking structure that will be
gated for residents. Expansive views of
the Cape Fear River will be provided via
over-sized balconies located at each
unit. Units range in size from 1,600 –
1,700 SF. Design work completed while
Mark was employed with Cline Design
Associates.

Located on one of Georgia's
barrier islands, this project was
designed to have a "coastal" feel
and included a screened porch
for each unit. Built in the mid
1990's, the units have since been
converted to condominiums.

Village Green Apartments Exterior Rehabilitation

Client: Fisher Harriss Companies
These buildings were constructed in the 1970’s and
were in serious need of repair. The client asked our
team to design a modernization of the building
facades and to specify repair of existing cedar siding,
new cement-based panels, paint, roofing and
windows. Design input contributed by Rob Minton and
Jaime Smith. Design work completed while Mark was
employed with Cline Design Associates.

Secunderabad Orphanage & Community
Empowerment & Training Centre
Secunderabad, Adra Pradesh, Inda
Client: Home of Hope India
We are extremely excited to be assisting this non-profit organization based here in
Wilmington. They have successfully built one orphanage in India already. With the
construction of the second location in Secunderabad set to begin soon, we are
striving to obtain a LEED India certification for sustainable design implementation.
proVision architecture is assisting in this area, developing a strategy for the best
possible green solutions for the project.
