This project faced the challenges of squeezing into a tiny downtown infill
lot, an owner requirement of no elevator, and fitting four units per floor into
a small footprint.  The exterior walls were constructed of insulated concrete
forms (ICF) providing huge energy savings to the unit owners.  The ground
floor houses a 1,500 SF office space as well as a residential unit to meet
the federal Fair Housing Act.
