Managing Principal

Mark is fortunate to be one of those people
who absolutely loves his work.  He has won
several awards as a designer and has 15+
years' experience as an architect with
expertise in multiple commercial project
types.  He has a license to practice in the
states of Georgia, North Carolina and
Virginia and is designated by the US Green
Building Council as a LEED Accredited
Professional.  Mark graduated from the
University of Tennessee Magna Cum
Laude.

Mark will be serving as the Secretary for the
Wilmington chapter of the American
Institute of Architects in 2010.

Sandie Loudermilk
Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Sandie has a heart for serving, so it's no surprise that she has
over 20 years' experience in an administrative role.  Her
experience includes work at St. Jude Children's Research
Hospital, the Principal Financial Group, the University of
Tennessee Personnel Department and serving as a legal
secretary.  She is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of
Georgia.

Sandie fulfills a critical role in our organization as the first contact
for clients and she is indispensable in keeping us organized.
